Hi all,
I have a color lab and I am already using some software for photo editing but I am unable to give better enhancement in digital photo to my customers so I want to purchase latest software that can give amazing enhancement.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Adobe Photoshop CS3 for digital enhancement would probably be your best choice - you require Windows XP or Vista to run Photoshop CS3. The cost is rather high for the software, but it is considered the standard among most professionals.

Hi, I have also my own color lab and I am currently using software in my lab for enhancement called Imagic Photo. You can use Imagic Photo for all purpose likes personal, magazines, Photography, Modeling and everything! It’s very easy to download; you just go here: http://www.imagic-photo.com/download.html and get better enhancement in your digital photos. I thing this is right software for photo enhancement. ^^^^ well, ~30 bucks is not to much but I wouldn't looking for anything except CS3.... Another option is Open Source GIMP. It grows every day. I tested it few months ago and it works fine. Also check "Paint Shop Pro"..

Personally I've switched to Linux many years ago and with switch I also decide to change PS to GIMP and don't really miss Adobe anymore. (Previously I was hoping they port it to Linux some day but later I realized that all I need to do with images is possible to do in GIMP just in slightly different way, which sometimes could be easier than in Photoshop). It's good, powerful and free image editing software which should be more than sufficiently to enhance your photographs. It's really worth to try before spending money on anything else: http://www.gimp.org/

I just joined, what is color lab ?
But anyway, Photoshop Elements 6 is a very powerful tool and more than enough for most of photographers. For Mac it's coming out at the end of March.

I have Aperture and Adobe Elements 6 for Mac...both are great and if I need more than I am not doing my job as a photographer.
